Qualification
Required
Strong ability to collaborate across design, engineering, and stakeholder teams
Extensive experience bridging design, engineering, and business needs
Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Ability to translate user journeys and design concepts into viable products
Experience delivering complex technology products in agile environments
Eight plus years of experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams
Ten plus years of experience driving product-oriented delivery teams using Scrum
Experience working directly with end users to define epics and user stories
Experience influencing stakeholders across all levels of an organization
Define and champion a multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals
Engage stakeholders to identify market problems and shape high-level solutions
Act as a central communication hub to drive alignment across teams
