Responsibilities

Develop complex models capable of capturing key business drivers

Develop appropriate metrics for the business to measure growth, profitability, expense control, efficiency, and productivity

Deliver innovative, high value-added financial information to the management team for strategic decision making

Support and lead operational initiatives across various companies

Play a pivotal role in the Budgeting and Planning processes

Support monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results

Spearhead the Revenue Recognition and Accounts Receivable estimation processes

Drive improvements in reporting accuracy, timeliness, and insightfulness

Ensure on-going communication and dialogue with key stakeholders across companies

Support ad-hoc tasks and various business projects using tools to improve processes and increase productivity

Improve data gathering and presentation processes, automating whenever possible

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance coupled with 2+ years of experience in investment banking, Big 4 accounting, or finance department of a large corporation

Broad understanding of finance and accounting principles

Excel guru with an inquisitive and analytical mind

Skilled use of Reporting and Planning systems or tools

Strong interpersonal and communication skills – ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced organization

Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

Creative and resourceful problem solver
