Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
Design solutions and lead conversations for design approvals
Drive adoption of new features and technologies across full-stack development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
Ensure best practices are followed by the team (clean, maintainable, efficient code)
Implement responsive UI components for seamless user experiences
Optimize applications for speed and scalability
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Required

10+ years of experience in IT with proven expertise in MERN stack development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and NestJS
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
Familiarity with Git and version control best practices
Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, responsive design)
Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred

Experience in Insurance Domain projects
Hands-on exposure to AI tools like GitHub Copilot
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Relevant certifications in JavaScript frameworks or full-stack development are a plus
