COCOON is dedicated to transforming homes through a customer-focused design-build process. They are seeking a dynamic Project Advisor to guide prospective customers through their design-build process, utilizing the Sandler Selling System to convert leads into signed agreements and ensure a seamless transition to production.

Responsibilities

Attend qualified Home Visits generated from marketed leads to present COCOON’s process and values
Use the Sandler Selling System to build trust, uncover customer needs, and close the Design Agreement, securing a 3% fee based on project scope and size
Clearly articulate the value of COCOON’s design-build process to align with customers’ dreams, needs, and wants
Serve as the customer’s advocate, communicating their initial intentions, dreams, and requirements to the Design Team, including architectural designers, drafters, master carpenters, builders, and interior designers
Facilitate the ABC Meeting at COCOON’s design studio, where customers review three tailored plans (A, B, and C Plans) created by the Design Team
Ensure clear and consistent communication between customers and team members during the Plan It and Design It stages
Secure the Design 2 Agreement (Stage 2) with an additional 3% fee, advancing the project from big-picture design to detailed planning
Close the final Contract Signing (Signing into Construction), transferring full responsibility to the Production Team and assigned Project Manager
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and project progress
Introduce customers to relevant team members (e.g., designers, drafters, project managers) at key project milestones
Ensure a seamless handoff to the Production Team upon contract signing, maintaining customer confidence and satisfaction

Required

Proven sales experience, preferably using the Sandler Selling System, with a track record of closing high-value deals
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with customers and team members
Ability to understand and articulate customer needs to a multidisciplinary design team
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, home visits, and project handoffs simultaneously
Knowledge of the home remodeling, construction, or design industry is a plus
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with COCOON's values
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic project management software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
