Responsibilities
The Technician will be responsible for the installation, setup, support, maintenance, troubleshooting, updating, and repair of Servers, IT networks, computer hardware, and software, printers, wireless networks, anti-virus programs, routers/switches, etc., at client sites
This includes following up with customers to keep them informed of the status/progress of their issues/projects
This position also supports voice and data communication equipment, along with the associated wiring
Creating IT documentation
Qualification
Required
4 years of working and managing networks
2 years of experience in MSP (Managed Service Provider)
Advanced troubleshooting techniques
Quick adaptation to new technologies
Solid knowledge of PC, servers 2022, 2016, 2012, network, Windows 11, Windows 10, and Windows Server Domain controller
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to work independently
Work efficiently under pressure
Demonstrates team spirit
Exhibit a sense of urgency in a system-down situation
Responding quickly to end user technical issues
Must be willing to learn new skills
Ability to follow written procedures and guidelines
Meet deadlines and prioritize assignments
Must have a reliable vehicle
Must have insurance
Must have a valid driver's license
