Required

Work Night from 7:00PM - 7:30AM, 4-3-2 Rotating Schedule
Read and follow directions correctly, written and verbal, continuously
Stand and walk on a cement floor, continuously
Bend and lift, using proper lifting techniques, up to 50 lbs., occasionally
Climb and balance on an 18 to 20 ft. ladder, occasionally
Twist at waist and reach at or below shoulder height, frequently
Ability to support production at line standards, continuously (i.e.: bag tucking, packing/stacking, component placing)
Ability to operate packaging equipment at standard, occasionally
Ability to work in high and confined spaces, occasionally
Ability to complete product and packaging change overs on equipment, occasionally
Ability to fill and transfer bulk bags up to 50 lbs. to meet standard efficiencies, occasionally
Work in a safe manner

Preferred

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Accurate reading, math, and organizational skills
Food processing and packaging machinery experience preferred
