Responsibilities
Working on projects that improve our bot detection products making Akamai a leader in bot detection
Implementing new features, enhancing existing features and optimize functionality from conception and design through testing and deployment
Working with our level 3 support to troubleshooting complex problems or any customer issues
Working on data analysis for web and mobile platforms
Working on making improvements to client side components like Java scripts on need basis
Qualification
Required
5 years of overall software development experience and relevant degree in Computer Science
Experience working with Java for web development & web API development
Good understanding of data formats such as JSON, XML
Able to design with best possible architectures and write clean well-structured code
Able to manage and prioritize own workload effectively
Preferred
Work experience or understanding with Machine learning or Data science is an asset
