Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of quality assurance programs across all regional locations

Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and industry-specific regulations and accreditation requirements

Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments; identify risks and lead corrective and preventive action plans

Analyze quality data, trends, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Partner with regional and site leadership to address quality issues and improve operational performance

Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff

Support regulatory surveys, inspections, and external audits; serve as a primary regional point of contact

Investigate incidents, complaints, and non-conformances; ensure timely resolution and documentation

Develop and deliver quality-related training and education programs

Prepare and present reports on quality performance, risks, and improvement efforts

Promote a culture of accountability, patient/customer safety, and excellence
