The Land Development Engineer will play a critical role in the planning and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for the design of land development projects from initial concept through construction administration

Design and prepare technical documents in AutoCAD Civil 3D software

Assist in project management tasks, including cost estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation

Assist in all aspects of the design including (but not limited to): Legislative Applications and Site Plans, Storm Sewer design including SWM/BMP, Water and Sanitary Sewer system design, Compliance with local zoning ordinances and facility design standards, Erosion and sediment control plans and design E&S control measures in accordance with state criteria

Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members
