Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based virtual care through synchronous (video) and asynchronous consults

Review patient intake information, including medical history and patient-submitted documentation, to support clinical decision-making

Conduct thorough clinical assessments aligned with established clinical guidelines

Document each patient encounter using clear, complete clinical notes, including clinical reasoning, patient education, and follow-up recommendations

Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients via secure messaging and video visits

Refer patients to in-person care when appropriate, with clear documentation and patient guidance

Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts, including periodic chart reviews and feedback

Collaborate with clinical operations teams for onboarding, platform support, and guideline updates
