Content & Social Media Manager
SOTA Cloud is a fast-growing, innovative technology company seeking a Content & Social Media Manager to elevate their brand voice and empower the sales team with effective content. The role involves developing a content strategy, creating sales enablement materials, and managing social media presence while translating complex technology into compelling narratives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a content strategy that drives awareness, educates prospects, and supports the sales cycle—from top-of-funnel blog posts to bottom-of-funnel case studies and sales assets
Create sales enablement materials (one-pagers, battlecards, demo scripts, objection handlers, email templates) that help our team close deals faster
Manage SOTA Cloud's social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc) with thought leadership content, customer stories, product updates, and industry insights
Write compelling website copy, landing pages, email campaigns, and ad copy that speaks to dental practice owners, DSO executives, and clinical teams
Collaborate with product and sales teams to translate technical features (cloud-based imaging, AI features, integrations) into customer benefits
Produce educational content (webinars, whitepapers, guides, videos) that positions SOTA Cloud as a thought leader in dental technology
Develop customer stories and testimonials that showcase real-world results and ROI
Optimize content for SEO and AEO to increase organic traffic and inbound leads
Monitor content performance and iterate based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years in content marketing, social media management, or related roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
Proficient with AI writing and SEO tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Clearscope, Surfer SEO, etc) to accelerate content production, optimize for search and answer engines, and maintain brand consistency across all channels while improving efficiency
Familiarity with dental practices, DSOs, or healthcare technology is a major plus. Bonus if you understand clinical workflows
Comfortable learning complex products and translating technical concepts into clear, compelling stories. Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, and social media management tools
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio that proves it. You can write for different audiences—clinical staff, practice owners, C-suite executives
You understand the buyer's journey and create content that moves prospects through the funnel
You work cross-functionally with sales, product, and design to ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints
