Responsibilities

Partner with Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to support portfolio administration and ensure compliance with credit policy and regulatory requirements

Coordinate lease and loan documentation from request through closing, including preparation, review, system setup, and ongoing maintenance

Manage communication with title companies, internal partners, and outside counsel to ensure timely and accurate loan closings

Monitor and update internal systems, reports, and tracking tools to support portfolio management and pipeline activity

Serve as a liaison between Commercial Banking teams, operations partners, and clients to resolve issues efficiently

Utilize commercial loan systems to access customer information and deliver responsive, high-quality service

Provide backup support, project assistance, and occasional work direction or training support to team members, as needed
