Responsibilities

Strong experience with state tax, revenue, or Department of Taxation systems
Proven background as a Solution Architect / Application Architect
Hands-on experience supporting legacy systems and modernization efforts
Solid knowledge of relational databases (Oracle preferred; DB2 / SQL Server acceptable)
Experience working in government or public-sector IT environments
Strong communication and documentation skills
Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams
