Start in 2026 SummerRCM&D is seeking motivated Summer Interns to join their eight-week 2026 internship program. Interns will gain exposure to significant components of insurance and risk management while collaborating with clients and colleagues under the guidance of a mentor.

Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of key components of the insurance industry and RCM&D’s business model
Actively participate in client presentations, carrier meetings, and team discussions
Use RCM&D’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool, EPIC, to track leads, sales activities, and marketing campaigns
Assist with claims analysis, policy reviews, and creating claims spreadsheets
Research industry topics and ask insightful questions to understand processes and procedures
Additional job duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Enrollment in a two- or four-year college/university as a junior, majoring in Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate agility, and adapt to changing priorities
A passion for learning and strong problem-solving skills
Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new programs quickly
