Responsibilities
Familiarity with Project Management (Predictive, Hybrid) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) best practices
Facilitate team workshops and Agile ceremonies, such as User Story Mapping, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Proactively identify risks and remove obstacles that may hinder the team's progress
Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering team members only
Planning, organizing, and coordinating Agile projects from initiation to completion
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a project manager
Ability to plan, organize, and track projects from start to finish
Experience managing projects across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)
Working knowledge of project management approaches (Predictive/Waterfall, and Hybrid)
Experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
Ability to run Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Experience facilitating workshops like user story mapping
Proven ability to identify risks and remove blockers that impact team progress
Clear and effective communication and coordination skills
