Responsibilities
Serve as the primary customer contact at the Angleton branch
Assist customers in selecting the right construction equipment for rental
Support Outside Sales Representatives in processing and completing rental orders
Dispatch haul trucks for equipment delivery and pick-up
Ensure accurate order fulfillment using internal rental software
Provide excellent service and timely communication to all customers
Qualification
Required
College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or related field (Equivalent work experience will be considered)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with construction equipment
Preferred
Bilingual – English/Spanish
Knowledge of CAT equipment
Understanding of equipment rental applications in industrial and commercial settings
