Responsibilities
Lead all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Ensure sprint goals are clear and achievable; monitor progress and maintain transparency through burn-down charts and dashboards
Partner with Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog
Ensure stories meet “Definition of Ready” and acceptance criteria before sprint planning
Serve as the primary liaison between the development team, Product Owner, and business stakeholders
Facilitate communication to align sprint deliverables with business priorities
Identify and address blockers impacting sprint progress
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Solution Architects, QA, DevOps) to manage dependencies
Coach the team on Agile principles and best practices
Drive retrospectives to identify actionable improvements for future sprints
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools (JIRA)
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain focus on delivery
Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and integrations (Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Workday, etc.) is a plus
Preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
Experience in healthcare or large-scale enterprise transformation projects
Healthcare and Salesforce Health Cloud experience is a strong plus
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
