Responsibilities

Source and engage candidates using modern tools and outbound methods

Screen candidates and manage interview processes

Close candidates and manage offers

Build and manage client relationships

Work directly with high-growth startups and tier-one venture funds

Take ownership of client relationships over time

Lead and scale a recruiting team as the business grows

Required

4+ years of direct-hire tech recruiting experience at an agency or executive search firm or Background as a Talent Partner at a venture fund or as an in-house recruiter at a high-growth startup that has scaled teams and the company

Experience working with high-growth startups and venture-backed companies

Proven success in recruiting with at least $1M in lifetime billings (If from Agency)

Strong communication skills

High sense of urgency

Hungry, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Desire to build long-term and grow into a leadership role
