Learning Operations Project Manager

Tential Solutions is seeking a Business Process Analyst & Project Manager to assist with designing, documenting, and enhancing end-to-end business processes that support learning operations. This role involves working with various stakeholders to create clear workflows and operational standards while ensuring compliance with CPE and NASBA requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery activities to document current and potential future business processes related to L&D operations
Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, role clarity documentation, SOPs, and governance models
Identify process considerations, dependencies, and potential improvements
Work with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into clear process documentation that supports technology and operational efforts
Serve as the process-focused lead across initiatives affecting LTech operations, supporting both agile and structured project approaches
Maintain project timelines, milestones, and resource coordination for process-related deliverables
Coordinate with change, communication, and training teams to help enable adoption of updated processes
Develop materials that help teams understand new or updated processes (e.g., workflow overviews, role guidance, job aids)
Confirm documented processes reflect system capabilities and align with firm standards
Support the incorporation of CPE and NASBA-related requirements in relevant process documentation (e.g., attendance capture, credit assignment, recordkeeping steps)
Perform continuous evaluation of materials to improve usability by AI agents and a big 4 consulting firm’s existing knowledge management tools
Work with learning technology leads and other subject matter experts to align process documentation with system functionality and user needs
Engage teams across time zones and cultural contexts in a virtual environment
Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing summaries and recommendations that support decision-making

Required

3–5 years of experience
Experience in business process design, operations analysis, project management, or related area
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and operate in evolving environments
Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex workflows
Strong documentation capability with attention to clarity and detail
Effective communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to convert operational and technical content into clear written guidance
High school diploma

Preferred

Approximately 5 years of experience in business process design, operations analysis, project management, or related area
Experience with enterprise knowledge management / business process support materials development
Familiarity with compliance-related learning requirements (e.g., NASBA, CPE)
Experience contributing to technology-enabled business process changes
Proficiency with process mapping tools and Microsoft applications
Knowledge of L&D systems or HR technology environments
Experience with AI agent development
Experience in a professional services environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Certifications in process improvement or project management
