Responsibilities
Serve as patients’ first point of contact and create a welcoming and supportive environment at the front desk
Guide patients through check-in, collect accurate data, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure their visit is smooth and efficient
Deliver high-quality customer service to support ACCESS' patient-centered medical home model
Advance organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes
Receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience with Epic, one of the world's leading Electronic Medical Record systems
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic proficiency in computer skills
Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays
CPR/Basic Life Support Certification
Bilingual English/Spanish
Preferred
Receptionist experience in a health care setting
Customer service experience
Administrative experience
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems experience
