Home Sales Administrative Assitant
Commonwealth is an established Oregon/Washington Real Estate Management & Brokerage Company managing over 150 investment properties. They are seeking a Home Sales Administrative Assistant to support their operational excellence and assist with various administrative tasks related to home sales.

Responsibilities
Complete and stay on top of all tasks delegated by your supervisor
Complete any clerical duties assigned
Create and manage MLS database for home sales
Assist with permits and order placement
Assist with sales and customer service for CHS
Communicate regularly with clients agents and contractors related to new home projects
Maintain website by keeping information current
Create and update procedures as necessary
Qualification
Required
Two (2) years administrative, secretarial or clerical experience
Have a WA real estate license or willing to obtain one within 3 months of hire
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook)
Regular and on-time attendance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
Internet literate
Ability to learn processes and procedures quickly
Capable of working in a fluid environment with a can-do attitude
Preferred
Washington Real Estate Licenses
Mortgage License
