Proposal Pricing Analyst II

Tyonek Native Corp is seeking a Proposal Pricing Analyst II to prepare documentation for cost proposals and support the Pricing Team in meeting customer requirements. The role involves developing pricing files, creating cost proposals, and providing administrative support in a hybrid team environment.

Responsibilities

Provide support to Pricing Team to enable proposals are completed and submitted in accordance with customer requirements and schedules
Work with Subject Matter Experts in the analysis of labor Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
Develop and maintain pricing files in accordance with USG and company requirements
Assist in creating cost proposal documentation and back up
Create complete cost proposals from existing pricing models according to the customers' RFP/RFQ schedule
Prepare files for management review of cost proposals
Work in a team hybrid environment
Provide routine administrative support
Other Duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or similar
Requires 1-2 years of Government pricing and/or Project Finance experience
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Knowledge Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
Knowledge of all contract types including FFP, CPFF, and T&M
Skilled in verbal and written communication
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
General Computer Skills required
Must be able to walk or stand on level and/or inclined surfaces and sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to routinely climb / descend stairs
On occasion must be able to lift 25 pounds
Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows / knees, and reach above / below shoulders
Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions
