Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality services with adaptability to evolving technologies and methodologies
Bridge functional and technical aspects of client solutions to meet client business objectives
Lead performance improvement and modernization efforts, ensuring successful SaaS implementations
Collaborate with Professional Services teams to improve processes and promote best practices
Achieve success through customer satisfaction, project goal attainment, and utilization targets

Qualification

Banner experienceColleague modules experienceProblem-solvingCommunication skillsMultitaskingClient service commitmentKnowledge expansion willingnessPresentation skillsCritical thinking

Required

3-5 years of Banner experience including implementation and deployment in key modules
Willingness to expand knowledge across other client solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
Problem-solving and root cause analysis using creativity and critical thinking
Effective prioritization and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines
Commitment to client values and service excellence
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Functional experience with Colleague modules including Core, Finance, Financial Aid, HR, Payroll, and Reporting tools
Experience with client Recruit, Self-Service, Ethos Integration, Elevate, and Colleague

Preferred

Experience with consortium or system-wide models and state regulations (CA, TX, FL, NY) is a plus
