Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SCADA systems using AVEVA / Wonderware System Platform, InTouch, and OSI PI
Design and implement OSI PI Asset Framework (AF) models and integrations
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex SCADA issues, and improve existing implementations
Guide and mentor junior and mid-level SCADA developers on best practices
Integrate SCADA systems with historians (OSI PI / AVEVA Historian) for data acquisition, analysis, and reporting
Configure and integrate SCADA systems with PLCs and field devices
Develop custom scripts (e.g., VBScript, JavaScript, Python, C#) to enhance system functionality
Participate in system testing, commissioning, upgrades, and enhancements
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customers to deliver scalable, reliable solutions
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production SCADA environments

Required

5+ years of hands-on SCADA development experience
Strong, recent experience with AVEVA / Wonderware System Platform
Proven OSI PI experience, including Asset Framework design and development
Experience integrating SCADA systems with industrial data sources and historians
Working knowledge of industrial communication protocols: OPC UA / DA, Modbus, DNP3, TCP/IP
Experience performing code reviews and supporting less-experienced engineers
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in production environments
