Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal team members

Lead audit planning, risk assessment, execution, and issuance of financial statements in compliance with GAAP

Oversee audit engagements from start to finish, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to professional standards

Effectively delegate responsibilities while providing clear expectations, training, and oversight

Review workpapers and deliver real-time coaching and development feedback

Ensure compliance with internal audit methodologies and external regulatory requirements

Coach, mentor, and develop associates and senior staff

Participate in firm training programs and ongoing professional development initiatives

Required

Active CPA license

5+ years of public accounting experience

Prior experience managing audit engagements

Advanced knowledge of GAAP, financial statement disclosures, and generally accepted auditing standards

Experience serving clients across multiple industries, including manufacturing, construction, hospitality, professional services, nonprofit, real estate, and employee benefit plans

Strong analytical, technical research, and project management skills

High standards of integrity, objectivity, and professional ethics

Ability to lead teams while delivering exceptional client service
