Account Executive III, Senior Care
Medbridge is a dynamic software company working with the country’s largest healthcare providers to build technology solutions helping patients get better faster. The Strategic Account Executive III will be responsible for managing a Senior Care territory, establishing new opportunities, and closing new business while maintaining existing relationships with home health and hospice accounts.

Responsibilities
Be responsible for a Senior Care territory consisting of home health and hospice accounts, defined by location (state in which they are headquartered) and size (number of employees)
Be responsible for establishing new opportunity pipeline within your assigned territory
Consistently close new business while managing/growing existing relationships
Interface with and establish trust of C-Level Executives to understand their needs and constraints
Implement a Solution-Selling sales methodology where you're establishing the top initiatives facing an organization and marrying our services that will meet a clients need
Provide a consultative approach with customers and prospects to understand organizational structure, key decision makers, procurement processes, IT systems, and document workflow
Develop ROI based proposals and be able to gain agreement from clients on ROI calculations
Create a constant flow of information sharing with other departments within the company such as business development, marketing, product, and content
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of relevant sales or business development experience with proven success in prospecting, pipeline development, and managing complex sales structures
Proven experience selling into Senior Care organisations specifically to Home healthcare, hospice and skilled nursing organizations with established relationships in this market
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals with tenacity, integrity, accountability, and enthusiasm is crucial for success within the business development team
Highly motivated self-starter who enjoys strong cross-team collaboration with a focus on pre/post customer experience spanning Medbridge's business development, product management, account management, and technical support teams
Experience with, and effective execution of, a complex, consultative solutions-based enterprise sales process
BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant sales experience
