Responsibilities

Campus Ambassador: Travel to college campuses nationwide to represent Fast Enterprises and scout for emerging talent
Candidate Champion: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to final interview, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates
Relationship Builder: Develop and maintain strong connections with candidates, faculty, and university staff to create a robust talent pipeline
Recruiting Innovator: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract top talent across various disciplines
Efficient Multitasker: Handle multiple recruiting-related tasks, such as preparing for career fairs, conducting phone interviews, and following up with candidates
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms like job boards, social media, and networking events to identify and engage potential candidates
Data Management: Maintain and update iCIMS our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidate interactions and progress
Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with recruiting best practices
Team Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and other team members to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly

Required

Bachelor's Degree: You've earned your degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, with a 3.0 minimum GPA
