CS-amsco has been serving the Municipal Water and Wastewater Industry for over 40 years. They are seeking an Inside Sales representative to engage with customers, build relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

Point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and online communication from customers and manufacturers

Proactively engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely support, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions

Collaborate with Outside Sales and Project Managers to meet and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business

Prepare quotes for customers and enter orders, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Attend periodic training and/or sales meetings (some travel required, a few days per year)

Assist preparing customer required paperwork and materials

Order follow up and tracking

Provide information to Accounting for forecasting

Work with Management and Outside Sales to increase sales and meet manufacturer goals

Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position solutions
