Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries related to ACH payments, payoffs, VOMs, reconveyances, and other servicing requests
Process loan servicing transactions in accordance with RESPA guidelines and internal procedures
Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests efficiently
Deliver professional, timely, and high-quality customer service
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency with standard office technology and customer service systems
Preferred
6 months to 1 year of customer service or loan servicing experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
