This role leads all facility operations, ensuring safe and compliant environments that support high-quality patient care and organizational growth.

Responsibilities

Lead facility projects—including renovations, space reconfigurations, and expansions—that support patient care and organizational growth

Ensure facilities are safe, reliable, and compliant by overseeing maintenance, repairs, and building systems

Develop and uphold standards for space planning, design, construction, and facility operations

Adapt spaces and layouts to meet evolving clinical and operational needs

Manage contractors and vendors, ensuring projects are delivered with quality, accountability, and fiscal responsibility

Lead and support facility managers and project teams, fostering collaboration and performance

Partner with senior leadership on long-term facility and strategic planning

Serve as a key liaison with Property Management and Owner’s Representatives to coordinate site improvements, FF&E, and client lodging needs

Required

Bachelor's Degree required

A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in Facilities Management, including at least four (4) years in a leadership or management capacity

Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare facilities operations, including strategic planning, budgeting and cost control, and the management of vendor and service provider relationships

Proven ability to effectively interact with and influence all levels of the organization, particularly site and executive leadership, with the capability to clearly articulate and align Real Estate and facilities strategies with organizational objectives

A strong commitment to professional growth and a demonstrated desire to develop alongside and contribute to the success of the Operations organization

Extensive knowledge of facilities management and commercial real estate functions within a corporate environment, including space planning, lease administration, capital project oversight, and operational optimization
