Responsibilities
Manage complete order lifecycle from initial award through final delivery
Ensure accuracy of customer order data and documentation
Monitor and coordinate on-time product delivery to shelf
Proactively identify and resolve potential operational issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Logistics
Coordinate with Asia-based operations teams
Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures
Support sales team operations and customer satisfaction initiatives
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in order operations, order management, sales operations, or sales support
Advanced Google Docs or Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, import ranges, data reconciliation)
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
