Qualification
Required
Must be highly motivated and a hard working
Customer service and sales skills is a plus
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree or professional experience
Active Indiana Real Estate License
Join the Broker Listing Cooperative (MIBOR)
Maintain good standing with the NAR, IAR and MIBOR
