Oversee and organize submittals, RFI’s, show drawings, plan logs, permit logs, procurement logs, and compliance documentation
Coordinate and input schedules, safety inspections, and quality checks
Manage meeting minutes
Ensure all trades, systems, and sources have been fully examined for compliance, coordination, and appropriate approvals
Provide support to project managers and superintendents
Qualification
Required
2+ years in construction or related field, and/or bachelor's degree in construction management or a related discipline
Moderate knowledge of multiple project types and trades
Participate in mid-size projects to large size projects
Proficient in Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams, AutoCAD (viewing)
Proficient in plan reading, technical reading and writing, and critical thinking
Dedicated, resourceful, articulate, curious, analytical, reliable, organized, punctual
