Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex utility OT projects by planning, coordinating, and executing implementation and upgrade initiatives across distributed energy resources and distribution management systems

Manage cross-functional engineering, integration, forecasting, testing, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution

Drive alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and customer expectations

Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and adherence to utility IT/OT standards, cybersecurity guidelines, governance processes, and quality assurance frameworks

Required

5-15 years of experience

Experience in GridOS DERMS and DMS S3 Services

Ability to lead end-to-end delivery of complex utility OT projects

Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing implementation and upgrade initiatives across distributed energy resources and distribution management systems

Experience managing cross-functional engineering, integration, forecasting, testing, cybersecurity, and operations teams

Expertise in DERMS functionalities including DER integration, forecasting, optimization, and real-time grid operations

Expertise in DMS S3 operational workflows and distribution grid modernization requirements

Ability to serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact

Strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment and risk management

Knowledge of utility IT/OT standards, cybersecurity guidelines, governance processes, and quality assurance frameworks
