Responsibilities
Build full-stack features from idea to production
Ship scalable systems for real-time healthcare workflows
Write clean, tested frontend and backend code
Design APIs and backend services for ops and clinical intelligence
Partner closely with product and engineering leadership
Improve code quality and delivery speed
Qualification
Required
LA-based; within ~20–25 miles of the office
Strong TypeScript or JavaScript experience
React or another modern frontend framework
Hands-on PostgreSQL experience in production systems
Comfortable owning features end to end
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Deep, hands-on Ruby and Ruby on Rails experience
Shipped production features using Rails
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred
AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes
AI-enabled dev tools or workflows
Data-heavy or analytics-driven systems
