Responsibilities

Design and produce proposals, SOQs, and marketing materials
Apply strong graphic layout, hierarchy, and visual clarity using Adobe Creative Suite
Support RFP/SOQ tracking, deadlines, and submissions
Assist with marketing content, social media, signage, and award entries
Support client onboarding, contracts, and administrative coordination
Serve as a welcoming front-of-house presence and office coordinator

Required

Strong graphic design skills
