Responsibilities
Research and interpret laws and regulations to keep TQL, its subsidiaries and affiliates ahead of the compliance curve
Develop, update, and implement compliance manuals, policies, and procedures
Monitor and audit organizational processes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate across departments, subsidiaries, and affiliates to coordinate compliance activities and share best practices
Prepare insightful reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing compliance data
Champion quality service by upholding and enhancing organizational standards
Contribute to a high-performing team, taking on new challenges and projects as needed
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in legal, compliance, audit, or regulatory environments
Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
Acute attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for learning
Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and an evolving regulatory landscape
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online legal research
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
