Responsibilities

Provide administrative and underwriting support for surety bond transactions

Prepare and process new bonds, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements

Perform data entry, document preparation, and electronic filing with high accuracy

Support agents and internal teams via phone and email, ensuring excellent customer service

Assist with billing, premium, and commission inquiries

Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and internal stakeholders nationwide

Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

1–3+ years of experience in underwriting support, ideally within Surety or P&C insurance

Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred

Adobe and PowerPoint experience is a plus
