Responsibilities
Manage scope, schedule, and deliverables for critical ERP workstreams
Develop detailed project plans using established tools, coordinate activities, and monitor milestones to keep everything on track
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and progress
Bring a continuous improvement mindset to streamline processes and promote efficiency
Provide proactive updates on project status and deliverables to stakeholders
Foster a collaborative team environment, coach others, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues when needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5 years in IT project management, ideally with ERP implementations
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps
Knowledge of data migration, security, reporting/analytics, and system integrations
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and travel as needed
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing environments
