They are seeking a highly motivated Registered Dietitian to assess patients' health history and provide nutrition and lifestyle counseling to help individuals heal from GI issues and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities
Counsel patients on nutrition and sustainable lifestyle changes to support GI and overall health
Provide medical nutrition therapy for GI disorders
Appropriately document encounters
Create lifestyle-focused care plans
Work cooperatively as a team member
Participate in care coordination meetings with team members
Promote a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and self for patients
Communicate as needed with care team and patients outside of their sessions
Qualification
Required
RD/RDN credential from the Commission of Dietetic Registration (CDR)
RD license in the state of Alabama
Must have your own NPI
2-3 years of nutrition counseling experience
Ability to respond to patient messages after-hours
Alignment with holistic approach
Excitement to learn new skills to deliver the SideBy Care model
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to build and maintain rapport with providers and patients
Private home office space with reliable internet connection

Master's Degree

Outpatient/Telehealth experience
Understanding of disordered eating
Familiarity with mental health treatment
