Responsibilities
Architect and configure SAP solutions across PP, PEO (MES), and QM
Design and support complex assembly manufacturing, rework, MRO, and project-based manufacturing processes
Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into end-to-end SAP manufacturing processes
Develop functional specifications and guide ABAP developers
Oversee integration across PP–MM, PP–QM, and PP–PS (WBS, Network Orders)
Support serialization, batch management, MBOMs, routings, and production orders
Lead data migration activities for master and transactional data using LTMC, LSMW, and S/4HANA Data Migration Cockpit
Validate BOMs, routings, and production orders through multiple test cycles
Review and validate architectural decisions related to manufacturing data and processes
Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure system alignment and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
15–20 years of SAP experience
Strong hands-on expertise in: SAP PP, PEO (MES), QM
Complex Assembly Manufacturing
Material Master, BOM, Routings
Serialization & Batch Management
Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori applications
Solid understanding of: MRP, Project Stock, WBS-driven manufacturing
PP–PS integration (MAIKs, Network Orders)
Proven experience leading SAP implementations (multiple full lifecycle projects)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Preferred
Industry experience in Aerospace & Defense or Automotive
SAP CAMS exposure
Parameter Unit Effectivity (Aircraft Manufacturing)
Experience with SAP Data Services / BODS
