Walker Bowen Talent Partners is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to drive the development of AI clinical agents for end-to-end care delivery. The role involves taking ownership of full-stack development, working closely with the founding team to build and iterate on core product features, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Drive the development of AI clinical agents for end-to-end care delivery
Take ownership of full-stack development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
Work closely with the founding team to build and iterate on core product features
Develop and deploy real-time systems, telephony, or voice processing solutions
Lead initiatives to integrate with EHR systems and ensure HIPAA compliance
Build and optimize systems that outperform residency-trained medical staff in handling costly tasks

Required

2+ years of professional experience in full-stack engineering
Experience with AI/LLM systems, ideally voice agents, agentic systems, or conversational AI
Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing multiple hats
Track record of taking initiative and shipping quickly
1 - 3 years of experience full stack engineering at a high growth start-up
Experience with EHR integrations or clinical workflows
CS degree from a top 20 university (e.g., Stanford, MIT, Harvard, etc)
Strong full-stack engineering with a bias towards back end (70/30 split)
Proficient in Typescript, React, Python, Kubernetes, and Redis
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data standards
Strong interest in healthcare

Preferred

Founding or early engineer experience at Seed to Series B stage startups (YC preferred)
Healthcare SaaS / health-tech start-up experience (e.g., Infinitus AI, Assort Health, Hello Patient, Retell AI, Commure)
