Responsibilities

Assume full accountability for the growth, retention, and performance of your territory
Actively manage partner relationships to increase utilization
Identify operational bottlenecks in partner offices and implement solutions before they impact revenue
Use performance metrics to identify trends, spot gaps in your region, and pivot your strategy to meet goals
Serve as a strategic link between the field and internal leadership, providing professional insights that shape product and process improvements

Qualification

Required

Experience in field sales, territory management, or customer success
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Comfort with performance metrics and accountability
Confidence presenting to diverse stakeholders, from treatment coordinators and office managers to executives
Organized and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities
A mindset focused on partnership, problem-solving, and execution

Preferred

Experience in Dental, Orthodontics or patient financing a plus but not required
