Responsibilities

Manage multiple contracts ($2M–$5M annual revenue)

Ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, software)

Oversee programs with high complexity and risk

Develop technical content and intellectual property

Collaborate with clients on key deliverables

Manage complex budgets

Required

Experience in eCommerce or retail preferred; utility experience an asset

Bachelor's degree preferred
