Responsibilities
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial goals
Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure tax compliance
Analyze financial data to support decision-making and strategy
Coordinate audits and support process improvements
Provide direction on Costing and Pricing Strategies to ensure profitability
Partner with leadership on HR duties, including payroll and benefits
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in accounting or financial management
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards
Experience in a manufacturing environment (food preferred but not required)
Experience with payroll and HR administration
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or equivalent certification
