Responsibilities

Lead digital storytelling across websites, email, and social channels, ensuring content reflects Big Thought’s mission, youth voice, and impact

Develop and manage an editorial calendar aligned with organizational priorities, campaigns, and key moments

Track and interpret digital performance (email marketing, website activity, engagement) and share insights in clear, meaningful ways

Partner with teams across the organization to translate programs, initiatives, and updates into compelling digital and internal communications

Play a key role in internal communications, helping staff stay informed, aligned, and connected to the organization’s work and direction

Support digital campaigns tied to fundraising, events, recruitment, and community engagement

Collaborate with creative partners to ensure strong visual storytelling and brand consistency

Contribute ideas that strengthen Big Thought’s digital presence and community connection
