Responsibilities

Support governance of client authentication and IAM controls

Define, document, and assess controls around client IGA and authentication

Ensure authentication controls protect client data

Support SOX, internal, and external audits

Collect, manage, and maintain audit and control evidence

Track risks, remediation activities, and compliance documentation

Work closely with IAM, security, audit, and application teams

Support authentication initiatives as part of the broader IAM program

Qualification

Required

5–6 years of experience in Cybersecurity, IAM Governance, IT Audit, or GRC

Strong experience supporting SOX and audit engagements

Solid understanding of client authentication / Client IGA (CIAM)

Authentication and authorization controls

Risk and control frameworks

Familiarity with CIAM tools such as Okta (preferred)

Ping Federate or similar platforms

Strong documentation, Excel, and data management skills

Strong Business Analyst fundamentals

Comfortable working in a governance-focused, non-technical role

Preferred

Exposure to Azure cloud or hybrid environments

Familiarity with SaaS security governance

Awareness of Obsidian Security (tracking and remediation perspective only)
