Required

Minimum 5+ years handling personal injury matters in a law firm or insurance environment. Equivalent combinations of paralegal and bodily injury claims experience are welcome

At least 2+ years managing pre-litigation negotiations, including drafting demand packages, evaluating damages, and settling bodily injury claims

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively

Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and negotiation with carriers
