Responsibilities

Integrates activities within and across assigned programs to optimize operational performance of workflows to include improving data accuracy and enhancing reporting capabilities

Assists with the design, development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of process design initiatives that span multiple projects to reduce processing time by task, standardize processes, and reduce overall program costs

Works directly with product and project management teams to understand their specific Jira needs and agile development teams to provide Jira guidance

Management of office responsibilities to include workflows, schedule, and additional administrative duties as assigned
