Responsibilities

Shaping the future of judicial automation and application development

Guiding teams in software development, system security, and IT innovation

Advising leadership and stakeholders on the best ways to meet court technology needs

Leading strategic planning and budget development for critical IT services

Assist the IT Director in operational, personnel and strategic duties

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business/public administration, or related field

6+ years of professional IT experience, including 3 in supervisory roles

A Master's degree in information technology may substitute for 2 years of experience

Advanced knowledge of software application development, systems analysis/design, and implementing cybersecurity technologies, practices as they relate to application development

Preferred

Experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects

Strong grasp of budget management, personnel oversight, and data-driven planning

Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments and roles

Technical knowledge of, but not limited to: Agile development methodologies, Java, JavaScript, SQL, Oracle, Windows, Enterprise Application Architecture and Project Management
